What to Expect— I'm New To Venture When you drive onto the campus of Venture Christian Church, you will notice the magnificence of God's creation in the surrounding mountains. We're located on 28 acres nestled into a valley just one block west of Camden Avenue at the corner of Hicks Road and Burke Avenue. You can't believe you're near the fourth largest city in California!
You may notice that there are many cars in the large parking lot. Don't let that discourage you! Something must be happening here! Visitors have reserved spots, just for them, in the lower lot, or follow others behind the building to park in the rear and take advantage of our complimentary shuttle service that will transport you to and from your car.
You will encounter many friendly faces, people just like you from every walk of life, coming together to worship God, reconnect with each other, and find strength for their spiritual journey. You will discover excellent programs for children, teens, and adults...along with powerful worship and a relevant, uplifting message from God's word.
Currently, you will recognize that we are in the midst of a major renovation of the facility where we gather to worship. It's further evidence that God is doing something special at Venture Christian.
Grab a complimentary cup of your favorite coffee from the coffee cart. Hang around and meet some new friends. Then step into the presence of God as you worship. We aren't perfect, but we have experienced His love and begun a journey. We're real people with real stories connecting in real community. Maybe you'll want to come along with us and be part of something that God is doing in the world.
